Terms and Conditions

Welcome to BNB Hosting and Cleaning (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website and booking our Airbnb hosting and/or cleaning services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide the following services in NSW:

• Airbnb hosting and guest management 
• End-to-end short-term rental cleaning 
• Optional services (e.g., linen hire, consumables restocking, property maintenance coordination) 

All services are subject to availability and may be updated from time to time.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age 
• Be legally entitled to manage or operate the listed property 
• Provide accurate property and contact information 

3. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made online, by email, or over the phone. 
• All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST, where applicable and otherwise stated.
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. 
• We accept Electronic Funds Transfer. 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Client Cancellations

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. 
• Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 

Our Cancellations

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service in unavoidable circumstances (e.g. staff illness, emergencies). A full refund or alternative appointment will be offered. 

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. 

5. Property Access

You must ensure we have safe and timely access to the property. If access is not available due to incorrect codes, locked gates, or hazards, the full-service fee may still apply.
 

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Keep your property safe, compliant, and guest-ready 
• Notify us of hazards, special requirements, or access instructions 
• Hold valid property and liability insurance 

7. Our Commitments

We will:

• Perform all services with due care and skill 
• Ensure compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) 
• Maintain your privacy and data security (see Privacy Policy) 

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for guest damage, lost revenue, or third-party actions 
• Our liability is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the amount paid 
• We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or economic losses 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (including text, images, logos, service descriptions, and branding) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce it without our written permission.

10. Privacy

We collect personal information to deliver our services and meet our legal obligations. Your data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your information to third parties.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW for any disputes arising from your use of our services.
